The Renegade Farmer Interviews Chef Chris Grebner!
Alrighty Folks!
If you missed it, our first interview of the Fall Season was this past Sunday with Chef Chris Grebner.
Here's a bit about Chris:
Chris Grebner graduated with honors from Le Cordon Bleu Portland’s Culinary Arts program, which emphasizes French cooking techniques using modern technology. While working with local restaurants and catering companies in Portland, Oregon, Chris decided he wanted to get even closer to the average dining table, and created The Spoon and Fork chef service.
After returning to his native Iowa, created The Farmer's Table as a way to celebrate farms in his native Iowa, and he hosts each dinner from The Farmer's Table at various native farms and locales, while each full course meals boasts farm fresh ingredients, also collected from local farmers.
*You can read more about his work via: www.thespoonandfork.com or www.thefarmerstable.us
In the meantime, here's his interview, if you missed it! Enjoy!
